Re: Natural abundance of Plutonium



For all practical purposes, all plutonium in our world is man-made,
irrespective of what ENCARTA may suggest.  In fact, Glenn Seaborg and his
group, while working on the Pu discover about 1940, spent considerable
effort looking for naturally occuring Pu, and published some papers
regaRDING THIS (See "The Plutonium Story" for more information".
