Another good source with some especially good medical discussions of specific
cases and responses, and recommendations (also a little dated) is "The Medical
Basis for Radiation Accident Preparedness", 1980, Elsevier, Proc of the
REAC/TS Int'l Conf, 1979, Karl Hubner and Shirley Fry, ORAU, Eds.
