A fair bit has changed in the last decade wrt treatment so it might
be wise to search out some of the newer references such as:

and Fry, 1990, Elsevier.
 
"Coping with Radiation Accidents" ed. Vince 1990, Envirotox
Management Inc., Ohio

"Treatment of Radiation Injuries" Browne et al 1990. Plenum Press,
NY.

"Military Radiobiology" Conklin and Walker, 1987, Academic Press.
