external dosimeter measurement accuracy

Ken, do you want the accuracy for an ideal dosimeter under ideal
irradiation conditions or the accuracy of a real dosimeter in the field
taking into account directional errors and asymetry of the dosimeter
response to incident radiation at various angles, etc?  The first case can have
fairly good accuracy.  The second, prety poor.  Al.

Does anyone out there have information concerning measurement accuracy
(e.g. 95% C.L.) for external radiation dosimeters such as film badge or TLDs?
