     Be careful.  I took such a study course for part I of the CHP exam and 
     the course materials were much easier than the actual test.  This can 
     lead to a false sense of security.  I think the test may have been 
     "stepped-up" this year and the course material was based on past 
     questions.  I'm sure other radsafers know what I'm talking about.  I 
     passed, but the additional difficulty was a surprise.
     
     GTS Duratek seemed to put on a reasonable course, but I'm not sure of 
     the cost.  Remember, the course may present a reasonable framework of 
     what to expect, but you certainly should not rely solely on such 
     information.

Brett- Consultec Scientific offers excellent courses in Oak Ridge, TN. If 
you are looking for a HPS chapter course, try the Balto-Washington chapter 
course.
