I didn't post the original message however, if it originated from one of my
fellow countrymen, it would have been referencing Radiation Health Series
38, Recommended Limits on Radioactive Contamination on Surfaces in
Laboratories (1995), a publication of the National Health & Medical Research
Council. Unfortunately I haven't yet got a copy so I can't give you any more
information.
