The HAZMAT Safety News (Vol 95 No. 2, Fall, 95) which I received today (no      
comments about the date) has a very attractice ad (assuming I am reading        
it correctly) - 2 CD-ROMs containing 6 HAZMAT training modules for $25.         
                                                                                
Has anybody seen this?  It looks like a cannot miss proposition - training      
materials in a computer readable format ready for local customizing at a        
throwaway price.
