Radiation protection staffing of commercial nuclear facilities

A colleague of mine is asking what the acceptable staffing
level is for radiation protection personnel (including radiation
protection management, radiological engineering, dosimetry,
radiation protection technicians, and supervisors) at
commercial nuclear facilities.  It would be helpful if the facility
population (including contractors) was also provided.  

It would be of interest to me to find out what the current
staffing levels for Certified HP's are for commercial facilities
and what positions they typically hold in the organization as
well as the population of NRRPT certified technicians.
