What, if any guidance is out-there concerning DIFFUSE OR FUGITIVE DUST AIR 
EMISSIONS. I have the October, 1992 "METHODS FOR ESTIMATING DIFFUSE OR 
FUGITIVE AIR EMISSIONS OF RADIONUCLIDES AT DOE FACILITIES", Draft Report 
form the EPA, and I am looking for other guidance. Also, what guidance is 
available for EVAPORATIVE SOURCES, ie ponds, lagoons and wetlands. Please
