I believe Richland will still accept NORM waste, although I haven't checked recently. It really does fall through the regulatory cracks since its NORM it isn't mixed waste. I believe Uranyl Nitrate which is an oxidizer is even more problematic. Dale Boyce dale@radpro.uchicago.edu
