     You might have cluster stratification, but I would not assume 
     hollistic homogeneity.  You have to many variables involved.  That's 
     and ideal theory, but I do not believe that it truly exist in 
     reality....

  With HTO being over 20% heavier than H2O I would suspect a stratification
