Facility Fax and Address info

     Hi Radsafers,
     
     I am in the process of compiling an up to date address and fax listing 
     of commercial nuclear power facilities.  The most difficult addresses 
     and fax numbers to obtain are those for facilities outside of the U.S. 
     The information will be used to request occupational dose histories 
     for person's checking into our facility.  If you have proven addresses 
     and/or fax numbers for these facilities and are willing to contribute, 
     please forward info to:
