The NRC recently published NUREG-1530 "Reassessment of NRC's
Dollar Amount Per Person-Rem Conversion Factor Policy" and the
recently adopted conversion factor is $2000.00 per person-rem.
Date of the NUREG is December 1995 and additional documentation 
regarding position shift can also be found in the "Regulatory
Guidelines of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission",
NUREG/BR-0058, Revision 2, November 1995.
