ref. Erick Lindstrom's questions concerning the new NRC 3:

since there were no instructions with it, I called Region IV office for 
info.  Bob Brown of the office said they had received them - also without 
instructions.  After review, he informed me that the difference was not 
significant to our operation and did not feel that it was necessary to 
spend time and money copying and replacing previous version in all our 
labs.
