The final rule for Employee Protection Policies; Minor Amendments was published 
in Volume 61 of the Federal Register, No. 36, on Feb. 22,1996. 10 CFR Parts 19, 
30, 40, 50, 60, 61, 70, and 72 were amended.  This amendment, effective 4/22/96,
requires the posting of the 1/96 version of the NRC form 3.
