Recharge

As a parallel to John White's request for staffing and reporting for
university radiation safety programs, I need to compile information on cost
recovery operations for programs that are not completely supported
by indirect cost.

Info I would like:

o	Name of Institution
o	Number of Principal Investigators
o	Number of Radiation Safety Staff
o	Total Budget
o	Total recharge activity
o	Total budget support from indirect
o	Fee schedule
o	Laboratory inspection frequencies
o	Type of laboratory inspection i.e., surveys or complete audits
o	Do labs pay for waste disposal
o	Is waste brokered directly from labs or does radiation safety
	pick up waste?

I will compile any info received and post back to radsafe.
