{since there were no instructions with it, I called Region IV office for 
{info.  Bob Brown of the office said they had received them - also without 
{instructions.  After review, he informed me that the difference was not 
{significant to our operation and did not feel that it was necessary to 
{spend time and money copying and replacing previous version in all our 
{labs.

Anywone ever looked into electronic posting?  That is as a sign on
