 I think there may be a mistake somewhere.  I'm looking at the Fed. Reg. 
 dated Feb 22, 1996 and the proposed "minor amendments" to 10 CFR 19.11 
 are :
   "(c)(1) Each licensee and each applicant for a specific license shall
   prominently post NRC Form 3 (Revision dated January 1996), "Notice to
   Employees."   ....."


 It looks like we will be required to use the Jan 96 Form 3 as opposed to the 
 Sept 1995 Form 3 mentioned in the earlier posting.  

  Prepare to repost.
