structure of Laser Safety Committees.The results.......


LSC is same as RSC...............4
LSC is a separate committee......1
LSC is a sub of RSC..............1

LSO is member of committee.......5
LSO member but non-vote..........1

Med & Research committee separate...5
Med & Research committee together...1

LSC meets quarterly.................4
LSC meets annually..................1
LSC meets 6 times per year..........1

One person volunteered the makeup of the committee as 6 faculty 
voting, and 6 administrative non-voting.
