I am fortunate enough to be part of an EH&S department which includes an
IH group, a HazWaste/Environmental Group, and my HP group.  Smaller
firms often lack the resources to have more than one EH&S specialist who
does it all.  Hopefully, they are wise enough to call in a consultant
when they are in over their heads.
