In 20.2203.a.3 levels of radiation or concentrations of radioactive
material in an unrestricted area in excess of 10 times any applicable
limit set forth in this part.....

Does this refer to the 22 dpm/cm2 in 71.87, referenced in 20.1906 for
loose contamination?  Say for example, after a spill in a hallway?  It
is the "any limit" that I am asking about.  That is, even if not on a
package?

We are putting together a who to notify and when list for the entire
EH&S department, so this really is a hypothetical question.
