Could you provide some more information on
the incident involving doses in the range of mrem to rem with the
package receipt? Who checks in the packages, the RSO, an HP or the
end user? How were the doses determined, how was the package labeled,
what detectors or method was used to determine the doses? Was the
carrier notified?
