Previously, information regarding access to
distribution lists for NRC documents was
provided over radsafe.  Unfortunately, the NRC
policy regarding agency distribution of NUREG
documents to individuals is not quite so broad. 
We have been informed that it only applies to
cases where the NRC needs to receive
information from outside individuals in carrying
out its mission.  The distribution list is used
primarily for those organizations or individuals
from whom NRC regularly solicits information. 
Other individuals with an interest in obtaining
NUREG documents regularly may contact the
Superintendent of Documents, U.S.
Government Printing Office, P.O. Box 37082,
Washington, DC 20402-9328 or the National
Technical Information Service, Springfield, VA
22161-0002 for purchase, or the NRC Public
Document Room, 2120 L Street, NW., Lower
Level, Washington, DC 20555-0001 for viewing.
