Drum Scale

Hope this isn't too far off topic.  U.S. Ecology Driver used a small,
[couple pack of cigarrette size] scale to weigh drums.  You tip drums
and lean them on the scale.  He claimed it was pretty accurate.  With
all the concern over waste shipments it would seem like a handy thing to
have.  He didn't order it and U.S. Ecology does not have purchasing re-
cords from when it was purchased.
 
Anybody out there have any clues to where it might be purchased?  It had
a digital readout in pounds.
