One can only assume that this applies exclusively to women who have
declared their pregnancies.  Women may declare for the purpose on enabling
their rights to lower doses in the workplace based on acceptable limits for
the fetus.  Otherwise, it is unlikely that women who have not declared (and
thereby not asked for special consideration) can be singled out as women
per se and forced to sign anything that all classes of workers are not
required to sign.  Didn't an old Texas flag read "Don't tread on me?"
