By the way, someone said that since there is no licensee involved that NRC could not be the appropriate regulatory body. Airlines are NRC licensees. Modern passenger aircraft use sealed sources in instrumentation. These are my opinions only.......and on a Sunday at that. Char Raddatz ctr@nrc.gov
