Fuel Reprocessing References

A request for info:

An aquaintance of mine is looking for reference material that
discusses the practical details of fuel reprocessing. Of particular
interest is the relation between reactor fuel and bomb grade material
for nuclear proliferation concerns (e.g., how easy/difficult is it to
create bomb grade material from fuel in the reprocessing cycle. Or
even create fuel from bombs....).

The material should be in the public domain and understandable for a
member of the public (e.g., can be found and referenced for an
article). Any help/suggestions? Note: This person is in Madison,
Wisconsin, so handy places in that area for this info could also be
useful.

Thanks,

Wes
