Monitoring Plutonium in Solution

     Dear Radsafers:
     
     Does equipment exist to detect plutonium in water flowing through 
     piping at ranges of 5 to 50 GPM?  If so, what is the minimum activity 
     level (Pci/l) that one could expect an off-the-shelf monitor to 
     detect?
