Hello Kara and radsafers

The New York Times reported that a third person removed the radium from the
Northrup Grumman facility.  Why weren't they there as part of the clean-up?

I thought D.o.D. was the responsibility of the NRC?

It's NIH and MIT all over again!

I'm waiting for the other shoe to fall.

What say you all?
