Hey Wes,
In no way does the TMI case win the war, but as least it's one small battle won,
which along with a few of the cases that Jose & Wieder (sp???) have won may
eventually help in paving a way out of the regulatory and liability jungle we
find ourselves in.

Just a few quick comments before we all get carried away. While
I agree this was an important case, some of Mr. Fox's excitement
about the TMI decision needs a little tempering:
