training for emergency response personnel

My question is:
For those facilities that depend on off-site
emergency response personnel (fire, medical),
what kind, how much, and how frequent training 
do you do for those persons.
I am particularly interested in large or
public-sensitive facilities, e.g., reactors,
source processing facilities, etc.

compile and summarize the results for the group.
