I agree 100% with Alex Zapantis' comments related to RSO magazine. After
reviewing the content of the first issues, I decided to include all titles,
starting with volume number 1, in the 1996 QUEST update. RSO Magazine will
be the 16th publication added to the QUEST bibliographic database.
