Stirring the population about risk
How can "we" constructively get information to the public about the
comparatively small risk in time to fend off the NIMBY associated with
waste placement before it is too late for this cycle of NPPs ?
People don't seem to get so worked up about the enormous (by comparison)
risks associated with releases of petroleum products containing known and
suspected carcinogens that have occurred and are occurring at locations
all over the world.
