on-topic vs. off-topic, and x-ray calibration

From: SHAND

Melissa:

I have a reference only listing ANSI N323 1978 Radiation
Protection Instrumentation Test and Calibration. NCRP 57 recommends
using NBS, NIST for such calibrations, but no standard references
are listed.

In Maryland, SEMs and TEMs are exempt. For analytical we
use Ion Chambers, and GM tubes for looking for leaks. Most of our
analytical equipment is enclosed.

          Hope this helps.
