REQ for general definition of a Health Physicist

We are in the process of pulling together all of our Health Physics
personnel into a single, functional group.  We must provide justification
for including professionals who specialize in environmental radiological
monitoring.

We have gleaned tidbits from the HPS Member Handbook, but are
searching for a more concise, published statement of the responsibilities
of the Health Physicist.  We would appreciate information from those in
the RADSAFE community.  Please feel free to respond directly to me at:
