Radioactivity in soil

A few weeks (months?) ago, this was part of a post:

"The 15 mrem/yr is based on an environmental pathway analysis (e.g., the
RESRAD family of codes) using the results of soil samples, contamination
surveys, etc. For example, the cleanup standard (using 15 mrem/yr) for
Ra-226 in soil using a residential land-usescenario could be as low (or
lower) as 1 pCi/g, most likely
not detectable using normal field survey techniques. Note that this is 1/5
of the current DOE standard."

Generally: How might one go about getting a copy of RESRAD?

Specifically: Does anyone know offhand what the pCi/g limit (corresponding
to 15 mr/yr) might be for Am-241 and/or Cs-137?

Thanks for any assistance. You may e-mail me personally at BLHamrick@aol.com
