     Organizations United for Responsible Low-Level Radioactive Waste 
     Solutions, a coalition of industries, organizations, professional 
     groups, etc. contracted an extensive study of this subject in 
     1994.  The publication, Economic and Employment Benefits of the 
     Use of Radioactive Materials, contains tons of quantitative 
     information on the use of rad mat'l in various industries, 
     including a state-by-state analysis of revenues, jobs, and sales 
     that are dependent on rad mat'l.  You might be able to contact 
     the Nuclear Energy Institute in Washington, DC to see about 
     getting a copy.  The 87 page document contains a lot of very 
     useful information.  The numbers are truly staggering.
