NUREG-0041/Resp. Protection Manual

Could someone please advise me as to whether NUREG-0041,
"Manual of Respiratory Protection Against Airborne Radioactive
Materials," October 1976, has been revised/re-issued, or super-
ceded by another document.  There has been changes to ANSI
Z88.2, the 29CFR, 30CFR11, etc., but nothing to regulatory guide
8.15.  It is interesting to note that ANSI Z88.6-1984, Physical
Qualifications for Personnel (wrt use of Respiratory Protection)
was withdrawn Febuary 13, 1995, because it was not reaffirmed.
I can only guess as to the reasons for allowing this to be withdrawn.
