I believe the proper citation is 29 CFR 1910.134(d).
This section covers air quality under respiratory protection in the
OSHA regulations.
The whole section, 29 CFR 1910.134, is the OSHA regulation on
respiratory protection, and certainly should be the starting place for
this subject.
