One method used in the power plant environment is to color code tools 
that are potentially contaminated and are to remain within the 
radiation controlled areas. The tools are not labeled and are easily 
identified in the event they inadvertantly leave the controlled 
areas. Hopefully one would be frisking the tools prior to exiting the 
areas, but sometimes the unexpected does happen.
