Questions and resume request

For the second time. For all the radafers' out there, especially the members
with a broader knowledge base.
For the Los Alamos Site-Wide ESI we are looking at special pathways of
exposure. One of the special pathways is the possible dermal absorption of
contaminates, hence the following question to the Radsafe community.

1) Has anyone come across or know of dermal absorption coefficients for
actinides or heavy metals or calculated radiological doses for the dermal
exposure pathway.

The only reference that I have found to date that comes close is from
EPA/600/8-91/011B, and this only deals with tritium. Logically, a transfer
coefficient for heavy metals should be extremely small, however we need a
citable reference/methodology. Use of EPA default absorption coefficient may
not be feasible.

2) How should radiological doses be formed for inhalation of radionuclides
during smoking of plant materials?

Additionally, due to a just announced change in work status by one of our
HPs, we are looking for a senior NEPA manager in the Human Health Impact
Assessment area. Experience should include management, accident analysis and
human health risk analysis, CHPs are desired. Must be willing to relocate to
Los Alamos, New Mexico. Please send resumes, salary history and salary
requirements to;
