Well folks, I guess I certainly stirred up a hornets' nest!
Thanks for all the positive comments regarding my "radical"
proposal. Now, does anybody have any suggestions on how
to word this ... what specific issues to bring up ... so that it
doesn't appear to be just more "FEMA-bashing"? I don't want
FEMA to automatically go on the defensive when they look at
this ... I want them to give it some SERIOUS consideration.
