Manitowoc County in Wisconsin(you know the Packers) have in it's emergency
plan to administer at a projected dose to the thyroid of 25 REM. The
recoomended dose according to the plan is 130 mg for each person over one
year of age and 65 mg for children under one. That is recommended daily
dose. This follows FDA Federal Register Vol.47,25158,June 28,1982. I have
not seen any other guidelines with more current info.
