When I worked at FPL we used $10K/manrem. However with cost cutting and economics becoming more of a concern than dose, jobs were done or not done solely based on keeping the units running. It didn't matter what dose the individual or the cummulative dose was going to be. If the units could stay online, dose was given at will..
