I suggest that you call Grove Engineering, Inc., at 301-330-5462.  They have a 
program, "MicroSkyshine", which estimates skyshine doses.

     Can anyone supply me with basic information about skyshine?
     
     I have measured it, but I need information about the mechnism and any 
     calculational and measurement advice you can give.
