The Cincinnati Radiation Society invites you to attend our general
business meeting and a special presentation by:

Topic:         Three-Dimensional Models of Radiation Risk

Everyone is welcomed to attend the meeting. The cost for dinner is
     $20.00 for CRS members (and spouse)
     $15.00 for students
     $25.00 for non-members.
The cost of the meal includes the appetizer, dinner, dessert, and gratuity.

that Individuals that make reservations and later determine that they are 
unable to attend will need to pay for the reservation if not canceled prior
