Siemens EPD EM Sensitivity

The recent Siemens EPD Users Group Meeting held at Calvert Cliffs (Sep
30- Oct.2) was very instructive in this.

Andy Weeks from Magnox plc in the UK presented experience with EPDs at
the latest refueling outage at Sizewell B.  He talked about the Siemens
Mark 1 EPD having some sensitivities to particular EMFs such as welders
and a particular propone-fueled forklift.  But, Siemens now has an "EMC
enhanced" EPD which Andy indicated has shown MUCH better insensitivity
to these interferences.
