     The Center for Drug Evaluation and Research have developed answers to 
     questions raised at the "PET Workshop" held by FDA on March 21, 1995.

     BTW: The Clerk, U.S. District Court, District of Columbia has 
     dismissed the case filed by Syncor challenging the decision of the FDA 
     to regulate PET as new drugs.  Fire me (address below) an e-mail and I send
     you a a copy of the Court's Order which contains some interesting stuff.
