     If you have the booklet copy of the Chart of the Nuclides (14th Ed.) 
     the answer is on page 10. 
     
     "For this edition of the Chart (14th), shielded nuclides with 
     independent fission yields greater than 2.5E-6% are indicated by a 
     black square in the lower right-hand corner"
