Re: 10CFR20 and ICRP 30



Jerry:  The "Preamble" to the present 10 CFR 20 rule contains the NRC
commitment to ICRP 26/30 recommendations.  This "Preamble" is contained in
Federal Register Vol 56, No. 98, Tuesday, May 21, 1991, begginning on page
